For over 10 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of healthcare, research and education, not merely as a participant, but as someone determined to reshape how we think and learn.
In every project, there’s a thread of practicality—an effort to ensure that what we uncover in our academic pursuits has real-world relevance. It’s about bridging the gap between theory and practice, between what we know and what we do with that knowledge. The work I’m most proud of is the work that reaches beyond the walls of academia, touching lives, inspiring change, and making a lasting impact.

Land Acknowledgement
Montreal, where I reside and work, is located on the lands that have long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. I honour, recognize, and respect these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters we virtually meet today. As an expat on Indigenous land, I am on an ongoing journey of learning and solidarity with the Indigenous peoples whose lands I live on.
